The experience

How a custom booking works.

  • Step 1 — you write to us

    Send us your dates, the number of people, ages if it matters, fitness level, and what you'd love (or hate) to do in Sapa. A few sentences is enough.

  • Step 2 — we reply with a plan

    Within a few hours by email, you get a draft day-by-day plan and a fixed price. We go back and forth until it's what you want.

  • Step 3 — you arrive, we run it

    On the day you arrive in Sapa, your guide meets you and you do the trip. Anything that needs to change on the road, we change together.

Pickup point in Sapa town is confirmed by email after you book, so we can adjust based on where you're staying. Transport arrangements (if any) are listed in the inclusions below and confirmed in the same email.

Before you book.

Is private really more expensive?
Per person, often yes — but not always. For groups of three or more it can come out close to the scheduled price. Send us your group and we'll quote both options.
How far in advance should I book?
Anywhere from one week to several months is fine. Longer notice helps for homestays and busy weekends.
Can you book my hotel in Sapa too?
If you want us to. We don't take commission from hotels — we'll just recommend places we trust at different price points.
Can you do this for solo travellers?
Yes. Most of our private bookings are couples, but solo travellers are common, especially for photography days.
What if I want to change the plan on the road?
You can. Your guide carries our number — we'll adjust transport, meals or homestay arrangements within reason.
Do you work with travel agents?
Yes, on simple terms. Tell us you're an agent when you write and we'll talk.
What's the cancellation policy?
Free changes up to 7 days out. Inside 7 days we may need to charge for non-refundable bookings (e.g. homestay deposits) — we always tell you up front.
