  • Day 1 · 08:30 – 09:00 | Hotel Pick-up & Introduction

    Meet your English-speaking guide at your hotel in Sapa. Receive a short briefing about the route, cultural do's & don'ts, and safety notes. Trekking poles available if needed.

  • Day 1 · 09:00 – 12:00 | Trek to Lao Chai & Ta Van Villages

    Walk downhill through rice terraces, vegetable gardens & traditional hamlets. Visit a Black H'mong home: learn about indigo dyeing and weaving, explore traditional wooden stilt houses, take part in cultural exchange & photo time.

  • Day 1 · 12:00 – 13:00 | Picnic Lunch in the Valley

    Enjoy a scenic picnic lunch surrounded by mountains and rice fields.

  • Day 1 · 13:00 – 15:30 | Trek to Giang Ta Chai (Red Dao Village)

    Cross suspension bridges and bamboo forests. Reach the Red Dao village of Giang Ta Chai, meet locals, and explore.

  • Day 1 · 16:00 – 17:00 | Check-in at Ethnic Homestay

    Stay in a clean and comfortable stilt-house homestay. Help the host family prepare dinner if you'd like.

  • Day 1 · 18:30 – 20:30 | Traditional Dinner & Cultural Exchange

    Enjoy a hearty home-cooked meal and tea with your host family. Sleep in a shared room with clean bedding, mosquito net, and warm blankets.

  • Day 2 · 07:30 – 08:30 | Breakfast at the Homestay

    Simple breakfast (pancakes, eggs, tea or coffee) served by the host.

  • Day 2 · 09:00 – 11:30 | Easy Trek through Local Trails

    Walk along forest paths and riverside tracks. Optional stop at a small waterfall or to dip your feet in a cool stream.

  • Day 2 · 11:30 – 12:00 | Pick-up & Drive Back to Sapa

    Private vehicle picks you up at the trail-end. Drop-off at your hotel or town center around noon.
